Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement product strategies for the medical portfolio, defining product vision, positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer research to understand market needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D;, marketing, regulatory, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure product success in all stages.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with medical industry regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO, and CE mark requirements.
- Product Development & Launch: Lead the development of product requirements and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Provide product training, sales tools, and marketing support to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market data to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status and key milestones.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience:



15-20 years of experience in product management, with a focus on the medical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Rubber Specialist Engineering, Business Administration). A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Deep Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the medical product lifecycle, including regulatory and compliance requirements (FDA, ISO, CE).
- Leadership Skills: Proven record of accomplishment of leading cross-functional teams and driving product success.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and delivering solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing medical devices or pharmaceutical products.
- Advanced certifications in product management.
- Familiarity with global markets and regulatory bodies.
- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within product management.
