Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager, who has good experience in ERP Implementation development and customization.

Job Description

• Define and document project scope, deliverables and milestones that support timely delivery of Net Score SaaS solutions to customers.

• Track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary workflow, personnel, and financial resource allocations.

• Proactively identify and document business risks, customer escalations and communicate with all stakeholders so business continuity and customer satisfaction is not affected.

• Provide net Score product functionality expertise as needed during project planning, development, and production-support phases.

• Effectively communicate project expectations, change requests to project team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an efficient and effective manner.

• Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and hours allocated for the project.

• Resolve project conflicts and competing priorities. Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components.

• Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both clients and fellow consultants, in formal and respectable way.





• Good domain knowledge in Financial Accounting (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Purchase, Fixed Asset, Inventory management etc.)

Requirements

• Experience handling successful implementation and deployment of ERP & eCommerce add-on applications in either NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Ramco, Infor, or Navision/Outstanding Plains.

• Experience working with SMB customers in the Retail, Wholesale Distribution and General Business verticals in desired. Should have experience managing USA Projects and ability to work in US/APAC time zones as required.

• Proven experience in implementing DevOps, Agile, Lean Technologies and SaaS product deployments.

• Strong negotiation, communication skills and ability to build customer and partner relationships.

• Strong project management skills and experience in resolving project escalations.

• Must be self-motivated, responsive, skilled, and dedicated to customer success.

• IT project management and software product development experience is mandatory for this position.

• Robust knowledge of ERP, CRM, Order to cash, procure to pay and supply chain processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology or equivalent required
