Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles across departments (Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations, etc.).

- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring goals.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with departments for technical rounds.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics to track hiring progress.





- Collaborate with onboarding teams for smooth joining and induction.

- Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes for better efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).

- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.

- Robust understanding of hiring for sales and credit profiles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient with ATS, job portals, and MS Office tools.
