About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert with a strong track record in real estate advertising to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a sharp focus on generating qualified leads for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategize, build, and manage high-performing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) tailored to the real estate sector.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and landing page optimization to boost lead quality.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and ensure optimal ROAS and CPL across platforms.
- Develop and implement remarketing, location-based, and interest-targeting campaigns specific to the property buyer journey.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to craft effective creatives, ad copies, and videos aligned with campaign goals.
- Generate regular reports on campaign KPIs like CTR, conversion rate, CPL, cost-per-click,



and lead quality metrics.
- Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize quality lead generation while staying cost-effective.

✅ Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience running real estate ads on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proven success in generating high-intent leads (buyers/investors) through paid media.
- Deep understanding of real estate buyer psychology, funnels, and location targeting.
- Proficiency with ad tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking.
- Experience in using landing pages, CRM integrations (like Leadsquared, HubSpot, etc.), and form optimization for lead generation.
- Ability to manage large-scale budgets and multiple ad accounts efficiently.
- Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

- Experience with WhatsApp/IVR automation for lead follow-up.
- Knowledge of real estate legal ad policies (RERA compliance, ad restrictions).
- Experience in running campaigns for plot sales, apartment sales, or smart city projects.
