Description

In this role, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, directly contributing to assembly, product repair, quality inspection, and packaging. You will work closely with a diverse group of professionals in a supportive workplace that values collaboration and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve following established procedures and quality standards while problem-solving within a structured framework.

Responsibilities

- Execute assembly, product repair, quality inspection, and packaging tasks in alignment with established processes and work instructions.
- Perform process maintenance on the manufacturing line under supervision to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct testing and quality controls to uphold product standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to issue materials to the production line and stage products for delivery.
- Utilize existing procedures to troubleshoot and resolve standard operational issues effectively.




- Participate in waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of the production site and equipment.
- Manage time effectively to meet task deadlines and maintain productivity levels.
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement through coaching and peer collaboration.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

- Diploma or Graduate with 3 plus years of experience with assembly and product repair in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in quality inspection processes and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with supervision and follow detailed instructions.
- Familiarity with production line operations and material handling.
- Experience with waste disposal and environmental compliance in manufacturing.

Nice-To-Have:

- Knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and production technology within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and relevant technical certifications or vocational training.
