As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business needs is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, JavaScript, Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
