- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Generating recent leads through cold calling, field visits, and community outreach. Building referral networks with builders, real estate agents, and existing customers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Application Processing: Meeting clients to explain loan products (e.g., interest rates, tenure). Collecting, verifying, and assessing KYC and property documents. [1, 2, 3]
- File Processing & Disbursement: Coordinating with internal credit and risk teams for property valuation, file sanctioning, and final fund disbursement. [1, 2, 3]
