Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and onboarding qualified candidates. This role is critical in supporting organizational growth by identifying top-tier talent across various functions. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The position requires a graduate with a relevant degree and a minimum age of 28 years, reflecting maturity, professionalism, and industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for subsequent rounds.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle,
from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline metrics to HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Age of minimum 28 years.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on quality hires.
- Proficiency in using ATS, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Located in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai with the ability to work in office.
