Key Responsibilities
- Drive sourcing and acquisition of LAP business through DSA, connectors, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
- Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and revenue targets.
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand funding requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Monitor portfolio quality and maintain delinquency within prescribed limits.
- Recruit, train, and manage channel partners and field sales executives.
- Track market competition and identify recent business opportunities
