Job Description:

1. Delivery & revenue conversion (owns desk CR and conversion) ·
2. Qualification & effort discipline (the kill authority — "say no, and say stop" is named as a core deliverable, not an exception)
3. Team leadership of 10+ with a bench-building mandate
4. Client engagement including HM calibration and recalibration calls
5. ATS and reporting discipline

Requirements: 3+ years specifically in a consulting/staffing firm on a success-fee model, and a record of closures — offers released and candidates joined, not just CVs submitted.

Performance measures are transparent — Cost Recovery (CR) (break-even 3.0, target 4.0), conversion, closures, effort efficiency, team performance, data discipline — matching the company PLP and incentive plans
