Job Description Role - Associate Director - Structured Finance
n Exp - 8 to 12 years
n Qualification - CA or MBA (Full-time)
n Location - Mumbai
n Remark - Team management experience is mandatory
n What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
n n Deal Execution & Client Management: Lead and coordinate all aspects of client interaction, directing the execution of complex securitization transactions from inception to publication.
n Analytical Leadership: Support the credit rating process across diverse asset classes, including ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CDO, CLO, and Covered Bonds.
n Committee Presentations: Actively prepare rating committee notes and present robust credit rationales for both new issuances and existing portfolios.
n Portfolio Surveillance: Guide the team in monitoring assigned credits, reviewing quarterly financial projections, and resolving difficult analytical or structural situations.
n Team Development: Cultivate team capabilities by identifying skillset gaps and organizing targeted technical trainings.




n Governance & Compliance: Maintain internal system integrity, champion tool/model improvements, and ensure strict adherence to analytical guidelines and regulatory policies.
n n What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
n n Experience: 10+ years of dedicated experience within the securitization or structured finance space (Rating Agency, Investment Banking, or Buy-side Credit Analysis).
n Technical Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, cash flow waterfalls, and stress-testing methodologies.
n Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate highly technical financial concepts clearly to clients and internal committees.
n Mindset: A highly analytical, solution-oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, rigorous setting.
