Job Description Job Summary
n We are looking for an experienced Claims Skilled with strong expertise in handling banking insurance claims, particularly Bankers Indemnity policies. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end claims management, policy analysis, insurer coordination, MIS reporting, and providing technical support on various banking insurance products.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Handle and manage claims under Bankers Indemnity (BI) Policies, including:
n Fidelity Guarantee Claims
n Crime Claims
n Theft Claims
n Infidelity & Other (IO) Cases
n Conduct detailed policy gap analysis and identify coverage enhancements, exclusions, and risk exposures.
n Liaise and negotiate with insurance companies, surveyors, loss assessors, and other stakeholders for claim settlement.
n Monitor claim progress and ensure timely submission of claim documents and follow-ups.
n Maintain and update claim databases, reports, and MIS.
n Prepare claim status reports, trend analysis, and management presentations.
n Review insurance policies and provide technical guidance on coverage interpretation.
n Handle claims and policy servicing related to:
n Property Insurance
n Electronic Equipment Insurance (EEI)
n Card Insurance Policies
n Bankers Indemnity Policies




n Coordinate with internal departments and branch offices for claim documentation and claim resolution.
n Support policy renewal and risk assessment activities from a claims perspective.
n n Required Qualifications & Experience
n n Graduate in any discipline. Insurance qualifications (III/AII) will be preferred.
n Minimum 5–10 years of experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in banking insurance.
n Strong hands-on experience in handling Bankers Indemnity claims, including Fidelity, Crime, Theft, and IO cases.
n Proven experience in conducting policy coverage reviews and gap analysis.
n Experience dealing directly with insurers, brokers, surveyors, and loss assessors.
n Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
n Good understanding of Property, EEI, Card Policy, and other General Insurance products.
