Job Description:

Role Summary: The role involves managing:
- IoT device configuration
- IoT hardware shipments
- Troubleshooting of faulty hardware
- Day-to-day operational activities to support logistics

Key Responsibilities

Shipment & Logistics (IoT Hardware)
- Manage end-to-end shipment of IoT and electronic hardware (gateways and endpoint devices).
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery through courier coordination and tracking.
- Coordinate with field teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of hardware.

IoT Hardware & Gateway Knowledge
- Understanding of IoT gateways, endpoint devices and their communication methods.
- Familiarity with device connectivity and basic troubleshooting.

Configuration & Setup
- Configure access points, routers and network devices for IoT environments.
- Support initial setup, testing and field readiness of devices.

Day-to-Day Operations




- Handle daily operational tasks, including operational reporting.
- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to device status, configuration and issues.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge, Router and access point configuration experience
- Firmware and device configuration understanding, Electronics and energy systems familiarity
- Valuable coordination, documentation, and time management
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience
