- Deal with matters pertaining to IPR trademarks and copyrights in high court and supreme court
- Prepare briefs on cases.
- Prepare replies for legal notices,
- Gather evidences of cases /IPR cases
- Prepare various Agreements, Contracts and Written Statements,
- Prepare drafts of various legal notices
- Prepare briefs on cases involving IPR Prosecution and litigation matters ​​​​​​​
- Must be enrolled in the Bar council specializing in handling IPR cases
- File IPR cases in courts related to prosecution, opposition, litigation
- Attend hearings in courts on behalf of the firms clients

Candidate profile:
- LLM/LLB from a reputed college ​​​​​​​specializing in handling IPR cases
- Enrolled in the Bar council
