We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to join our team in the Business Process Services (BPS) division, with a specialized focus on volume hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, leading a team of recruiters, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of top talent for our BPS operations. The Lead Recruiter will play a crucial role in efficiently scaling our workforce to meet business demands.

Responsibilities:

Volume Hiring Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective volume hiring strategies to meet the energetic staffing needs of our BPS operations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and design scalable recruitment processes.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters specializing in volume hiring.
- Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's skills in managing high-volume recruitment.





End-to-End Volume Recruitment:
- Oversee the entire volume recruitment lifecycle, ensuring streamlined processes and timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Implement innovative and efficient sourcing methods to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.

Candidate Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to quickly respond to high-volume hiring demands.
- Implement proactive recruitment strategies to identify and engage potential candidates.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze volume recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of strategies.
- Provide regular reports on volume hiring activities, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand volume hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
