What you will do?
- Set up and manage supply chain for made-to-order garment production.
- Handle vendor relationships for fabrics, digital printing, and stitching units.
- Map production workflows that can scale with demand.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure digital designs are production-feasible.

What we are looking for:
- 3-6 years in garment/textile manufacturing or D2C ops.
- Strong vendor/cluster contacts (Tiruppur/Surat/Delhi a big plus).
- Experience in fast-paced environments with lean ops.
- Ability to build processes from scratch and scale efficiently.

Salary: 5-6 LPA Plus ESOPs
