Job Description: Sr. Medical Transcriptionist/ Medical Scribe (Full Time) (Night Shift)

We are currently seeking experienced candidates to join our team as Sr. Medical Transcriptionists/Medical Scribes in a full time position with night shift hours. This role involves working closely with leading radiologists in the USA, transcribing live and offline dictations across different modalities such as X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and more. The primary responsibility is to accurately transcribe dictations, prepare reports, and assist radiologists in completing error-free reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe dictations: Listen to radiology dictations and accurately transcribe them into written reports, ensuring precision and clarity in the documentation of medical information.
- Collaborate with Radiologists: Work alongside radiologists in a live environment, assisting them during procedures and documenting findings in real-time.
- Offline transcription: Transcribe dictations from audio recordings outside of live settings,



taking full responsibility for delivering accurate and timely transcriptions.
- Prepare reports: Utilize transcribed information to prepare concise and comprehensive reports, maintaining formatting and adhering to specific guidelines.
- Maintain speed and accuracy: Demonstrate excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) to ensure efficiency in transcribing dictations and report generation.
- Night shift availability: Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work night shifts in alignment with our operations.
- Strong communication skills: Possess effective written and spoken communication skills to collaborate with radiologists and other team members, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
- Basic computer skills: Utilize computers and relevant software systems efficiently to manage and organize medical records, transcriptions, and reports.
