Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration and customization of various ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Support the implementation of ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior ServiceNow consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Participate in the testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Provide support for end-users by resolving incidents and issues related to ServiceNow modules.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Participate in user training sessions and workshops.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features,
releases, and best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow processes and functionality.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
