Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our rapid-growing e-commerce team, specifically focused on products. The ideal candidate has a background in e-commerce, holds an M.Com degree, and possesses excellent English fluency. You will manage daily operations, optimize product listings, and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience in a high-speed, quick commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and inventory on various e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor daily orders, customer queries, and resolve issues promptly.




- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in marketing activities for the product line.
- Generate sales and performance reports to track progress.

Qualifications:
- M.Com degree or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in digital marketing, data analysis, and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Plantex product category is a plus.
