Job Description:
- Supervising and getting executed all the services mainly, HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting and Plumbing.
- Checking MEP services received daily at site for quality and quantity.
- Prepare the Schedule for execution of MEP Services and following it up with the concerned Vendors for the same.
- Identify slippages / delays by the Vendors and ensure corrective action.
- Co-ordinate with MEP Consultants and the Vendors regarding Shop drawings and ensure compliance with the safety standards.
- Any other work assigned by PIMO from time to time.
