Job Summary: Looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales professional with 4-5 years of experience in selling building products like Flooring, Decking, and wall paneling products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building robust client relationships, and expanding market reach within the Indian market.

Initially, as an individual contributor, you will soon build a team in Mumbai Maharashtra and neighboring states to sell through architects, Direct Projects, and Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to Engineered Bamboo products.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.



Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and enhance sales in existing ones.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management regularly.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the wooden flooring and wall paneling industry.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
