consultants and job sites - Responsible for maintaining, updating and reviewing of resume database and end-to-end recruitment process which includes phone screening, scheduling interviews, taking personal interviews, negotiations, releasing the offer letters etc.2) Internal team referring and cost efficiency hiring.3) Managing CPH Market Intelligence, market Mapping, targeted skill/pool hiring.4) Vendor Partners and Internal Stakeholder Management.5) Hiring dtatabase managemnet and MIS.reporting.6) Coordination with Universities and training Institutes relation to targeted hires.7) Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.Essential Skills/ Experience & Qualification: 1) The candidate should be a post graduate (specializing in HR) with good academic background. 2) Should have an understanding of the recruitment process at SM levels.3) Should possess valuable inter personal skills and a pleasing personality.4) Should have excel
