About the team:

Our designers are responsible for product pods.
You will work directly with
PMs and engineers from day zero, own your problem space end to end, and ship to
millions of users across India. Some of our biggest products started as small
0-to-1 bets and scaled rapid. The next bet could be yours to shape.
We are an AI-first team. AI is woven into how we prototype, explore, and
iterate every day, and we would love for you to bring your own way of working
with it.
What You Will Do:
* Own the design of your pod's product area end to end, from problem framing
to final high fidelity screens, as an individual contributor.
* Design for users across languages on Android. Our users are different from
the ones most design playbooks are written for, and your designs need to work
for them.
* Take new 0-to-1 product ideas from a blank canvas to the Play Store.
* Contribute to and build on our design systems, with components that hold up
across languages and screen sizes.
