You will operate at the intersection of on-ground execution and intelligent retail — using real-time data, AI-assisted selling tools, and technology-driven insights to drive decisions that most retail leaders still make on instinct. ? Core Mandate
- Business Performance & P&L; Ownership Own topline revenue, profitability, and unit economics across the region — with full accountability for outcomes.



Drive same-store growth through conversion rate improvement, ticket size expansion, and repeat customer behaviour. Use store-level performance data and AI-driven insights to identify high-potential micro-markets and unlock new growth pockets ahead of competition.
- AI-First Sales Strategy & Execution Define and execute a sharp, data-informed offline sales strategy — not just on gut feel, but grounded in real-time performance signals. Leverage Lenskart's technology stack including AI-assisted selling tools, demand forecasting at the store level, and live dashboards to drive precision execution across every store in your circle. Build a culture of accountability where numbers are owned, tracked, and acted upon daily.
