Job Description:

E 40%

Warehouse Mangement:
- Supervise the operation of warehouse & all its facets including cleaning, ordering, receiving,
processing, packing, recording & distributing supplies & materials
- To arrange labor from outside if needed
- Brief staff on goods to be loaded, design the route for delivery so that there is minimum delay for the
customers.

E 20%

Inventory and Stocks:
- Take periodic inventories
- Oversee the billing & gate pass of goods leaving warehouse
- Initiate all requests for replenishment of stock
- Ensure accurate cash reconciliation at all times.

E 20%

Reporting:
- Sending petty cash report to the Accounts department at HO every fortnight.
- Sending stuffing report daily to the accountant.

E 10%

Work Supervision and Relationship Management:
- Checking reports made by billing staff, quality inspector and from the port.
- Interacting with sales team regarding the orders and packing schemes.

M 10%

Adhoc Activities:
- Giving details of stock to the Management weekly.




- Ensure no penalties are incurred due to non-compliance.
- Taking care of empty bags requirements and ordering whenever needed.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Certifications

• University Degree
• Diploma in inventory control & computer skills

• 5- 8 years’ Experience in Warehouse Operations

• Knowledge of warehouse & inventory practices
• Ability to prepare reports & maintain accurate records
• Excellent oral & written communication skill
• Ability to establish & maintain positive working relationships with
associates
