Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM applications and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement current features.
- Ensure application performance and scalability through optimization techniques.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs for seamless functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM projects.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Support the deployment process and conduct testing to verify application integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM and related technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AEM development.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
- Utilize version control systems to manage code changes and releases.
- Implement security best practices to protect client data and applications.
- Conduct performance and load testing to enhance user experience.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in AEM development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with AEM (6.x and later) and its feature set.
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks l
