We’re now looking for a Senior NetSuite Consultant based in (or near) Pune, with robust ERP delivery experience and a genuine passion for structure, execution, and excellence.

At Antire, we’re looking for someone who knows exactly how that moment feels, because you’ve been there. You’ve stood mid-delivery, felt the pressure, seen processes bend and align, and you’ve driven them across the finish line.
Here’s what you’ll dive into:
- You’ll not only implement NetSuite end-to-end, you’ll own the story. From scoping the business needs and aligning finance, to weaving in SCM,
subscription models or project modules — you’ll stretch your influence across domains.
- You’ll translate financial processes into crisp ERP flows: closing the books, orchestrating reconciliations, ensuring audit readiness — it’s the “why behind the numbers” you understand deeply.
- Then you’ll raise your head and look around: what about inventory, subscriptions, projects? We expect you to be curious, jump into adjacent domains, and see opportunities where others see complexity.
- You’ll craft structure and quality like it’s your signature: build the methodology, set the standard, guide the team, elevate the delivery. Your frameworks will become future playbooks.
- You’ll collaborate across continents, time-zones and disciplines: Nordic clients, Indian delivery teams, finance leads, tech architects — you’ll bridge them all. You won’t just speak “ERP” — you’ll speak “business”.
