Responsibilities:-
- Oversee daily operations of the production shift, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and provide leadership to production staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, including production data, equipment status, and staff performance.
- Maintain high standards of product quality by enforcing quality control measures and conducting regular inspections
- Promote a safe working workplace by implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with other shift managers, department heads, and senior management.

Skills:-

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues

Qualification:-

Bachelor 's degree in Mechanical .
