Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Lead generation, campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
- Conduct campaign reviews with the digital and sales teams.
- Optimize media planning to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
- Develop strategies and business plans based on market trends for product development.
- Manage reputation on Google and social media platforms.
- Create monthly calendars and coordinate activities.
- Lead and manage pre-sales, creative, digital, and on-site teams.
- Plan and execute project launches.
- Coordinate with architects and civil teams for project planning.
- Handle channel partner team for lead sourcing and confirmation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Liasioning, CRM, Sales, Finance, and Marketing)
for current project launches.
- Collaborate with architects for project marketing collaterals.
- Conduct market surveys, analyze data, and prepare feasibility reports.
- Plan and execute on-site events (ATL & BTL).
- Manage vendor relationships.
