Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Business Process Services (BPS) operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, driving performance improvement projects, managing the transition of new business, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the BPS team
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
- Drive performance improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness
- Manage the transition of new business, ensuring smooth integration and service delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead and motivate a team of BPS professionals to achieve performance targets




- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and drive innovation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in BPS operations, with at least 5 - 7 Years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
