Job Description:

We are hiring for Operation Manager for Indore.
Experience - 5+ yrs
Salary - 3 LPA to 4.8 LPA

Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of industrial products.
- Ensure proper inventory levels for all industrial products, balancing supply and demand to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to secure the best prices and lead times for industrial products.
- Reporting & Data Analysis.
- Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and effective cost control
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirement:-
- Bechalor's degree in Mechanical.
- Robust leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to industrial products and distribution.
