Requirements:

- Strong experience in Fenergo CLM platform with hands-on exposure to client onboarding and lifecycle workflows
- Good understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes in banking
- Experience in configuring Fenergo workflows, rules engine, and data model
- Ability to support and enhance client onboarding journeys, document management, and due diligence processes
- Hands-on with API integrations and interfacing with core banking / external data providers
- Strong problem-solving skills for L2/L3 production support, incident and change management
- Experience working in Agile delivery model with global stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-time zone banking environment
