JOB DESCRIPTION:

- - Good knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements.

- - Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models.

- The candidate shall be assisting the Business Advisory team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments:

oCorporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.

oOn various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.

oProvide assistance in fund raising activities

oAssess fair market value of intangibles such brand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customer relations,



and other such intangibles

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Essential

- Chartered Accountant / MBA

- Financial analysis skills

- Aware of valuation basics

Valuable to have

- 0.5 - 1 year experience in Valuation

- CFA Level I or II appeared
