JOB DESCRIPTION - Audit & Assurance Services (A&AS;) Auditor

Position Overview: This position reports to the Manager of Audit and Assurance Services and will perform audits and reviews regarding compliance with US laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies. The Assurance Auditor will plan and perform various supplier and client initiated audits including, but not limited to,updating Google Sheets to reflect audit results, preparing audit packets and assisting with the updating of compliance related analytics and reports.The auditor will contribute innovative ideas for streamlining processes and work with the Audit and Assurance Services team management to implement developed ideas.

Principal Responsibilities Percentage of Time





Complete compliance and client audit reviews/audits analysis and compile reporting

Analyze and recommend improvements to overall compliance framework and monitor appropriate follow-up actions

Develop and maintain Standard Work Papers and Flowcharts for assurance functions

Assists with updating billing scorecards and other periodic reporting

Performs other related duties as assigned

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

Bachelor's degree in an accounting, finance or mathematics discipline

2-3 years experience in payroll processing, invoicing, billing adjustments, reconciliations, etc

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access with intermediate to expert level in Excel.

Experience with using Google Suite (spreadsheets, doc, slides, etc)
