Job Description
- Identify, prospect, and on-board recent dentists
- Promote the laboratory's services, products, quality standards, turnaround times, and digital dentistry solutions.
- Convert prospective dentists into active, regular accounts
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with existing dentist clients
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Submit daily visit reports, dentist feedback, and lead status updates to management
- Maintain customer database and sales pipeline.
- Generate leads, schedule a demo and following to lead closure for Intra oral Scanner.
