We are looking for an experienced Retail Mobile Sales Trainer to review and validate a comprehensive training program designed for retail mobile sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review the training content for technical accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
- Validate sales techniques, product knowledge, and retail best practices included in the course.
- Ensure the content aligns with current retail mobile sales processes and customer expectations.
- Identify gaps, outdated information, or areas that require improvement.
- Provide practical suggestions and feedback to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our content team to finalize the course.





Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience as a Retail Mobile Sales Trainer or Sales Training Manager.
- Experience training retail sales teams for mobile handset brands or retail chains (Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Apple, OnePlus, etc.).
- Strong understanding of smartphone features, sales techniques, objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and customer service.
- Prior experience reviewing or developing training content is preferred.
- Excellent communication and feedback skills.
