Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Onelap is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant teams, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. Day-to-day activities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, resolving employee relations issues, facilitating training and development initiatives,



and maintaining accurate HR records and reports. The role also involves supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture and driving HR process improvements to align with business goals.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core HR skills such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in payroll administration, advantages management, and HR data/reporting for accurate and compliant HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess robust communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Candidates should possess abilities in HR technology usage, including HRIS tools, MS Office, and data management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant HR certification (such as SHRM or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or similar senior HR role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and fairness in all HR processes.
