Job Description

What you'll do:

- Design & build scalable Java-based applications and APIs
- Lead development of microservices for high-traffic platforms
- React or front-end exposure
- Drive cloud-native solutions (Azure)
- Experience with GenAI / developer productivity tools
- Integrate with multiple enterprise systems and third-party services
- Own performance, scalability, and reliability of systems
- Mentor engineers and drive DevSecOps & CI/CD practices

Must-have skills:

- Java (11+), Spring Boot, Microservices
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
- Messaging systems (RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus)
- Solid RDBMS & SQL tuning (Postgres/Oracle/DB2)
- End-to-end SDLC exposure
- Strong architecture and design patterns knowledge
- Agile leadership experience

Good to have:

- Observability tools (Datadog / Splunk)
- Experience integrating legacy & modern systems
