What You'll Own

As a Manager – International E-commerce, you'll own the growth of Plum's international marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon US, Amazon UK, Amazon EU, Amazon UAE, Amazon SEA, and other global marketplaces. You'll be responsible for planning marketplace growth strategies, driving revenue campaigns, optimizing marketplace performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to build a scalable international business. You'll operate at the intersection of business planning, performance marketing, category management, analytics, and marketplace operations.

What You'll Do

Business Planning & Growth

- Own revenue growth for assigned international marketplaces and develop quarterly and annual business plans.
- Plan and execute marketplace growth strategies across Amazon Global (US, UK, EU, GCC, SEA and other priority markets).
- Build and execute revenue-driving campaigns around key retail moments, seasonal events, Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and marketplace-specific promotions.
- Identify opportunities to improve assortment, pricing, visibility, and conversion to accelerate marketplace growth.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to recommend growth opportunities.

Marketplace & Performance Management

- Own marketplace performance across Amazon Seller Central, ensuring healthy account metrics and operational excellence.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
- Drive improvements in key business metrics including Revenue, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Organic Ranking, and Buy Box performance.
- Lead keyword strategy, search optimization, and PDP enhancements using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
- Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, pricing,



promotions, and content to maximize business outcomes.

Commercial & Analytics

- Build business dashboards to track sales performance, profitability, inventory health, customer reviews, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze marketplace performance and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
- Present weekly and monthly business reviews with recommendations for revenue acceleration and operational improvements.
- Drive data-backed decisions around assortment expansion, pricing, promotions, and investment priorities.

Cross-functional Leadership

- Partner closely with Brand, Content, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory planning, replenishment, and Days on Hand (DOH) across Amazon warehouses.
- Work with design and content teams to launch and optimize listings, Brand Stores, and A+ Content for global audiences.
- Build strong working relationships with Amazon category managers and marketplace partners to unlock growth opportunities.

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience managing Amazon marketplaces for a consumer brand, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Amazon Advertising, and marketplace growth levers.
- Experience planning and managing marketplace revenue campaigns and promotional calendars.
- Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar marketplace analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage
