Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Outreach & B2B Business Development Intern to support our partnership and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will help identify potential partners, build relationships with colleges and organizations, conduct outreach campaigns, and contribute to expanding Lit School's network and brand presence.

This role is ideal for someone interested in business development, partnerships, sales, networking, and the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation

- Research and identify potential colleges, universities, student communities, corporate partners, and industry organizations.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective partners and stakeholders.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online research.

Partnership Development

- Initiate conversations with potential partners through email, calls, and social platforms.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Assist in creating partnership proposals and outreach presentations.
- Follow up with prospective partners and maintain engagement.

Relationship Management





- Support relationship-building with existing partners and collaborators.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnership discussions.

Market Research

- Conduct competitor and industry research.
- Identify trends, partnership opportunities, and growth avenues in the EdTech ecosystem.
- Gather insights from outreach campaigns and provide recommendations.

Event & Community Partnerships

- Assist in establishing collaborations for webinars, workshops, career fairs, and industry events.
- Coordinate with student clubs, communities, and campus representatives for partnership opportunities.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with external stakeholders and building qualified relationships.
- Strong research and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic outreach tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Interest in business development, sales, partnerships, or EdTech.
