Reporting to the CTO, this role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and enjoys working at the intersection of business, sales, credit, operations and technology.

Role and Responsibilities

- Drive the enterprise IT strategy, governance framework, and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Partner closely with the CTO, CFO, and business leadership to lead strategic planning, executive reporting, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Lead the Corporate IT function, overseeing system integrations, and technology operations.
- Build scalable IT processes and operating models that enhance efficiency, consistency, and business continuity.
- Lead strategic vendor partnerships, technology investments, and enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives.

Skill and Qualifications





- 15+ years of experience in Corporate IT or Enterprise Technology leadership, with prior experience in the NBFC or FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise IT capabilities, with a hands-on approach to execution and technology delivery.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, modern workplace technologies, and system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across executive leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
