Job Description Sr. Manager / AGM Internal Audit - CTC Upto 35-45 Lacs (Real Estate Experience is Must)
n Location: Powai, Mumbai
n Working Days: 5 days a week
n We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants or full time MBA with strong Internal Audit experience, preferably from the Real Estate industry, to join a premium real estate organization.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead and execute risk-based internal audits across projects, business functions, and group entities.
n Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, SOPs, governance frameworks, and compliance processes.
n Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and process audits to identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and risk exposures.
n Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
n Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
n Support enterprise risk management initiatives, investigations, and special reviews.
n Coordinate with external auditors, statutory auditors, and business stakeholders.
n Drive process improvements, automation initiatives,



and strengthen governance frameworks.
n Mentor junior team members and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
n n Desired Profile
n n Qualified CA / MBA with min 8 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
n Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or large corporate organizations will be highly preferred.
n Strong understanding of Internal Controls, IFC/SOX frameworks, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Compliance.
n Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
n Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
