n 15+ years of manufacturing and operational excellence experience
n Robust expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Change Management
n Proven ability to influence, engage, and drive sustainable improvements across multiple locations
