n We are a fast-growing, multi-outlet Mexican restaurant known for quality food and a focus on operational excellence. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our café operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
n Location: Chembur, Mumbai
n Type: Full-Time
n Salary Range (Monthly) - 30k to 45k INR
n What You'll Do
n • Oversee day-to-day café operations — opening, closing, and everything in between
n • Lead, train, and motivate a passionate front-of-house team
n • Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and service
n • Manage inventory, outlet level incentives, and cost controls
n • Handle customer feedback and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere
n • Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service flow
n • Track daily sales, prepare reports, and meet revenue targets
n What We're Looking For
n • 2–4 years of experience in F&B; or café management
n • Solid leadership and people skills
n • A guest-first mindset with an eye for detail
n • Ability to stay calm and sharp during busy service hours
n • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
