n Being the World's First WELL Health and Safety Rated Co-working Space & Southeast Asia's first WELL Precertified v2 co-working space, we make sure to offer a holistic experience to everyone at 2gethr ORR. We always knew flexibility had to be our core feature, in terms of both spatial design & community culture. Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7—whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session.

n Design ability: Interior designers need to use their sense of style, to develop designs that look great and are aesthetically pleasing.




n n Develops design concepts and produces Layouts based on client needs.
n Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
n Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
n Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
n Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.
n n Problem-solving skills: Must address challenges, such as construction delays and the high cost or sudden unavailability of selected materials, while keeping the project on time and within budget.
n n Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects
n Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costs
n Basic ability to prepare furniture cost estimates
n Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials
n n Creativity: Need to be imaginative in selecting furnishings and fabrics and in creating spaces that serve the client's needs and fit the client's lifestyle.

n Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
n Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
n Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
n Source materials and products included in plans.
n Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

n n Your Qualifications:
n n Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture
n 10+ years of experience in workspace projects
n 8+ years experience with Revit experience desired, BIM360. Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software, including Grasshopper, a plus
n Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes specific to core and shell architecture & workspace projects is required.
n Experience in construction document preparation, including detailing and field observation.
n Essential knowledge of applicable engineering disciplines.
n Demonstrates commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required.
