Required qualified Chartered Account. The Candidate should have experience of working in Direct tax team during article ship period.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Providing quarterly/yearly provision for tax/deferred tax workings and related disclosures
2. Timely and accurate Advance tax workings and payments
3. Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, Tax Audit reports, Transfer pricing audit
reports and other forms as required under the law,



including discussion with auditors and
other stake holders.
4. Reconciliation of income and TDS as per Form 26AS/AIS/TIS with books of accounts.
5. Preparation of submissions & workings relevant for scrutiny assessments/inquires/notices.
6. Drafting requisite submissions for filing before tax authorities and timely replying to notice.
7. Drafting appeal documents and submissions before appellate authorities as and when
required.
8. Preparation and filing of online/offline rectification applications, stay of demand application
etc.
9. Providing required data/details to internal/external auditors.
10. Managing the internal tracker of all notices, inquires, hearings and update notice register.
11. TDS monthly payments workings and quarterly filings.
12. Responding to queries of Internal and statutory auditors.
13. Assisting in automation projects to improve tax compliance and upgrade tax tools.
