JOB Role :-
Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents/brokers
Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM
To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a solid relationship with the team and health agents.
Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
