Job Title: IT Executive for Jewelry Shop

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems

Manage networking, including Wi-Fi setup, routers, and firewalls

Provide technical support to staff for all IT-related issues

Troubleshoot and resolve any system or network issues in a timely manner

Ensure data backup and security protocols are in place

Support the integration of software tools for inventory and sales management

Monitor system performance and conduct regular checks for updates

Ensure the security of all IT equipment and sensitive data

Assist in the setup of point-of-sale (POS) systems

Collaborate with vendors for software and hardware procurement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

Basic understanding of networks, databases, and systems administration

Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory software is a plus
