Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented KYC Executive to join our team at a leading stock broking company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing KYC operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting account opening processes.
Location:
- S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad
Salary:
- Up to ₹3 LPA
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in the stock broking industry
Qualification:
- Preferred: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA
Responsibilities:
- Process online and offline account openings efficiently and accurately.
- Verify offline KYC forms and associated documentation for completeness.
- Handle daily account modifications and resolve KYC queries with Authorized Personnel (AP).
- Ensure compliance with UCC, KRA, CKYC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and organize data for audits and inspections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC regulations and industry practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in KYC documentation.
- Monitor the accuracy of data entry and rectify errors promptly.
- Track and report progress on KYC-related tasks to management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance KYC efficiency.
