Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specialized experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our agile team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, particularly in the realm of digital experience management using AEM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in leveraging AEM to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and pain points related to digital experience management.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and AEM capabilities.

Solution Design and Documentation:
- Work closely with technical teams and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.




- Create comprehensive solution designs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to articulate the proposed AEM solutions.
- Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, data models, and system integration requirements.

AEM Configuration and Customization:
- Leverage your expertise in AEM to configure and customize the platform to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to implement AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in AEM development and configuration.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Define test scenarios and cases to validate AEM solutions against business requirements.
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the stability and quality of AEM implementations.
